What We're Looking For:
You are a natural salesperson and optical expert who knows how to connect with people. You bring professionalism, leadership, and energy to work every day. You love turning a routine appointment into an amazing experience — and you're ready to shine in a boutique, fast-paced setting.
Ideal Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as an optician (luxury retail or boutique optical experience a plus)
- Proven sales skills — confident in recommending high-end frames and lenses
- Strong knowledge of optical lenses, contact lenses, and frame styling
- Skilled in optical measurements, dispensing, adjustments, and minor repairs
- Familiar with VSP, Eyemed, and other vision plans
- Comfortable using EHR systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience with contact lens training and inventory management
- Upbeat, outgoing, and approachable personality
- Professional communication and phone skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Leadership or team management experience is a plus
