IT Helpdesk Specialist
Location: In person; New Jersey
Job Type: Full-Time
Sunshine Learning Center is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide critical technical support across our centers and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations for our staff and systems.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Helpdesk or IT Support role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
Microsoft Intune (device management and compliance)
Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Office 365 Compliance Center and Security Center
Email security, filtering, and configuration
OneDrive setup and troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure
Basic desktop troubleshooting (Windows OS, software installs, etc.)
Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, routers, IP configuration)
Printer and scanner setup and troubleshooting
Hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
Responsibilities:
Provide timely technical support for on-site and remote users
Set up and configure new devices and user accounts
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Maintain security and compliance standards across all devices and accounts
Support day-to-day technical operations and escalate complex issues when needed
Document issues and resolutions in a helpdesk system
