Qualifications:
- Must be licensed as a Nurse in PA
- Possession of a valid CPR certificate
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary health care team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive patient care plans
- Ensure patient comfort and facilitate cooperation during examinations and therapeutic procedures
- Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, respiratory rate, and heart rate and initiate timely corrective actions for any adverse symptomatology
- Perform a range of physical, medical, and diagnostic assessments
- Administer prescribed medications accurately, documenting all actions in accordance with established protocols
- Identify and report adverse reactions to medications or treatments promptly
- Deliver educational support and information to patients families to enhance understanding and engagement
- Maintain concise, accurate, and timely records of patient care using the appropriate formats and systems
- Execute additional duties as assigned, tailored to the specific clinical environment
