We are seeking a compassionate, dependable nurse to provide 1:1 pediatric home care for a 25-year-old male living at home with his mother in his own private suite.
ROYERSFORD, PA – 25-YEAR-OLD MALE
SHIFT: Overnight | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
SCHEDULE:
- Week 1: Sunday – Wednesday
- Week 2: Sunday – Thursday
- Consistent overnight hours
DX / CARE NEEDS:
- Leigh syndrome
- Tracheostomy and ventilator dependent
- WIC dependent
- Requires lift for transfers
- Enhanced rate

REQUIREMENTS
- Active Pennsylvania LPN or RN license
