- Provide individual (and/or family) counseling services
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with team members as appropriate
- Uphold ethical and professional standards of care
✅ Qualifications
- Active state license (LMHC, LCPC, LPC, or equivalent)
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload
