Hiring Locations
We are actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in the following areas:
- Hudson Valley, NY
- Rockland County, NY
- Westchester County, NY
- Provide skilled nursing care under RN supervision
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with wound care, enteral feedings, catheter and tracheostomy care (within LPN scope)
- Monitor, record, and promptly report patient condition changes
- Support pediatric clients in school settings with 1:1 care when assigned
- Collaborate with families and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of services provided
- Adhere to infection control and HIPAA standards at all times
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Active New York State LPN license (required)
- 2 years of home care and/or pediatric experience (preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm in emergencies and follow care plans accurately
- Competitive Pay: $40.00 - $42.00/hour
