Position Purpose Support and manage enterprise network development strategy for multiple product lines. Lead efforts related to growth plans, maintenance and enhancement of provider relationships, and cost control.

- Develop and manage network development plans to achieve Centene’s growth objectives
- Analyze metrics and report on trends in provider reimbursement changes
- Identify and implement strategies for network utilization improvement, reducing network spend
- Remain apprised of regulatory changes, perform gap assessment, and lead efforts to implement new processes
- Lead process improvement initiatives for the provider experience
- Partner with Claims, Business Operations, Medical Management, and other areas to address ongoing needs and develop solutions
- Assist in development and implementation of quality improvement programs
- Understand various product lines to optimize Centene’s Commercial business

Salary : $70,100 - $126,200
