We are seeking a motivated and driven Salesperson / Landscape & Hardscape Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a positive, self-starting professional with a passion for outdoor design and a strong ability to sell, manage, and execute projects from concept to completion.
This is not just a sales role — it is a full-cycle position that requires leadership, design expertise, estimating skills, and on-site project oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess project needs
- Design landscaping and hardscaping projects using computer design software
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
- Present and sell projects to clients
- Manage projects from signed contract through installation
- Ensure irrigation systems are properly integrated into designs
- Maintain strong communication with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in landscaping or construction
- Strong design capability with proficiency in landscape design software
- Knowledge of landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation systems, grading, and excavation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
