Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for pool and outdoor space projects.
- Use Pool Studio to create detailed pool designs that meet client specifications.
- Develop comprehensive proposals including layout design, material selections, and pricing; effectively communicate value propositions.
- Build strong customer relationships through attentive service, clear communication, and personalized solutions—both inside the showroom and during on-site consultations.
- Negotiate project terms and close sales efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure smooth project execution
Skills
- Proven experience selling pools for at least two years is required.
- Proficiency in Pool Studio and Microsoft Office suite is required.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the pool construction process.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele effectively.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
- Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining detailed records in CRM systems.
