A Day in the Life (What You’ll Do):
Imagine starting your day with coffee in hand, jumping into a company truck, and driving through the RGV smelling the tamales, to help our customers maintain their backyard oasis.
- Test & Balance: Use our test kits to check water chemistry (we teach you the science!).
- Clean & Perfect: Vacuum, net, and brush pools to make them sparkling clean.
- Equipment Care: Empty skimmer baskets, clean filters, and maintain pool pumps.
- Tech-Friendly: Use our easy, custom smartphone app to log your work and take photos of your clean, beautiful pools.
- Build Relationships: Interact with friendly homeowners and property managers
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (Must).
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in South Texas heat (you're comfortable in the sun!).
- A positive, "can-do" attitude and a desire to learn a new trade.
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required!
