Project
Scope:
The
client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Lead to support the
Family Court Case Management System (FCCMS) project within the Department of
Social Services (DSS). The consultant will serve as a Functional Subject Matter
Expert responsible for business analysis, system testing, defect
troubleshooting, end-user training, and operational support activities during
the maintenance and operations phase of the FCCMS project.
This
role will work closely with project managers, technical teams, vendors, and
county stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and support of the
statewide Family Court Case Management System.
Key
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis
- Review functional designs produced
by vendors.
- Analyze existing and proposed
business processes and system changes.
- Develop General System Design (GSD)
documents for enhancements and new functionality.
- Create business process models and
workflow documentation.
- Assist with troubleshooting and
resolution of complex functional defects.
Testing
& Quality Assurance
- Develop and execute test scenarios,
test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform Component, Integration,
Regression, Security, Performance, and Acceptance Testing.
- Record, validate, and analyze test
results.
- Identify, document, and reproduce
defects for development teams.
- Participate in Incident Review
Meetings and provide root cause analysis.
- Prepare and manage test data and
interface files for testing activities.
- Maintain test traceability against
requirements and use cases.
- Review system test reports, training
materials, and related deliverables.
Training
& User Support
- Conduct end-user training sessions
for county staff during system rollout.
- Create and maintain training
materials, FAQs, workarounds, and user manuals.
- Develop computer-based training
(CBT) videos and provide online training support.
- Provide Level 2 help desk support
for complex application issues.
- Communicate announcements, updates,
and workarounds to end users.
Additional
