Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special needs? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to provide one-on-one behavioral support within our aftercare program.
This role is crucial for helping children with behavioral needs thrive in a structured and caring environment.
Key Responsibilities and Schedule
We are looking for a reliable individual who can commit to either a Full-Time or Part-Time schedule:
Full-Time Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
Part-Time Schedule: Split shift, Monday through Friday: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM AND 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with behavioral support needs.
Background Check: Must be currently registered with the Central Background Registry (CBR) or willing to obtain registration immediately.
Certifications (or willingness to obtain):
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Current Food Handler's Card.
Compensation
We value your expertise and commitment. The starting wage depends on experience and education, with a competitive range of $22.00 - $30.00 per hour.
