What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Porter South Piedmont Community College position at Sunshine Cleaning Systems?
We are seeking to hire a Day Porter at South Piedmont Community College, 1851 South Piedmont Street, Monroe, NC 28110. You will be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Janitor experience a plus but will train.
- Reliable Transportation.
