Pay: $18 per hour Commision (Terms Apply)

Location: Local gyms, businesses, community events, and promotional locations

About the Position

Sunshine Cheese & Sweets is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated individual to represent our business at local gyms, businesses, and special events.

We're looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes initiative, and knows how to turn a simple conversation into a sale.

This is an active sales position, not just a booth attendant role. The right candidate will confidently engage potential customers, introduce our products, offer samples, and help us grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain an attractive, organized sales booth.
• Proactively greet and engage potential customers.
• Introduce customers to our cheeses, fudge, sweets, and specialty products.
• Offer product samples and encourage purchases.
• Explain product features, answer questions, and recommend items.
• Process customer transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and professional booth throughout each event.
• Track sales and report results after events.
• Represent Sunshine Cheese & Sweets with enthusiasm and professionalism.

• Comfortable approaching and starting conversations with strangers.
• Strong work ethic and genuine interest in helping customers.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive during slower periods.

• Reliable transportation to local event locations.
• Sales, retail, promotional, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Schedule

• $20 per hour
• Flexible, part-time scheduling based on upcoming events.
• Opportunities to work at different gyms, businesses, and community events.
• Potential for additional hours as our promotional program expands.
