Position Summary: We are looking for a full-time, hourly Welcome Associate to join our team. This full-time, Welcome Associate, as a member of the Sales team, will meet with homeowners within Marion, Lake, and Sumter Counties who have recently bought a new construction home with a Sunshine AC-installed HVAC unit. This person will provide them with system orientation including equipment information, thermostat operation, maintenance requirements, and more. On-the-job training will be provided. This position does offer a company vehicle with gas card, tablet, and cell phone.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday starting at 8:00 AM

Pay Range: $20/hr

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Educate the homeowners on their HVAC system - including but not limited to drain line care, filter changes, and overall best practices to assist in extending the life of their system. Familiarize owners with smart thermostat operation including setting up WiFi and phone application.

Perform quality control review of our installation. Present information within the Orientation Packet, provide the owner with any additional accessories, answer questions, and welcome them to the Sunshine family while providing them with a "best in class" consumer experience.

Required Qualifications/Attributes

High school diploma or GED

Knowledge of Residential HVAC preferred

Strong "people skills" / customer service skills

Must have a "sunny," positive attitude

Strong communication skills and ability for active listening

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Organizational skills

Computer skills & ability to learn new software

Must have solid, stable work history

Valid & Clear Driver's License

Must pass a drug test

Must pass background check
