What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Admin - B2 position at Sunset?
B2 - Thursday - Saturday & every other Wednesday = 5:00 PM –5:00 PM
Primary Function
The Production Admin is responsible for leading a production line and supporting the team in achieving the goals and expectations established for the shift.

Primary Responsibilities
- Communicate production issues to the Supervisor and Area Manager.
- Input and output product information into NAV.
- Order and retrieve labels from the Label Room and obtain Supervisor approval.
- Remove outdated labels from the production line.
- Print pallet tags and obtain Supervisor approval.
- Prepare DC tags.
- Verify incoming purchase orders, including country of origin, date, size, and count.
- Count and record grade-out product.
- Complete required documentation, including grade-out forms.
- Coordinate changeovers with Line Leads.
- Communicate effectively with Hi-Lo drivers to support production operations.
Education & Background Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Computer and data-entry experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with managers, employees, and external contacts.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to resolve issues effectively.
Working Conditions
- Work is performed in an expansive refrigerated warehouse environment with an average temperature of approximately 50°F.
- Background noise may reach approximately 70 decibels.
- Must be capable of lifting at least 10 lbs.
