Production Admin - B2

B2 - Thursday - Saturday & every other Wednesday = 5:00 PM –5:00 PM

Primary Function

The Production Admin is responsible for leading a production line and supporting the team in achieving the goals and expectations established for the shift.

Primary Responsibilities

• Communicate production issues to the Supervisor and Area Manager.
• Input and output product information into NAV.
• Order and retrieve labels from the Label Room and obtain Supervisor approval.
• Remove outdated labels from the production line.
• Print pallet tags and obtain Supervisor approval.
• Prepare DC tags.
• Verify incoming purchase orders, including country of origin, date, size, and count.
• Count and record grade-out product.
• Complete required documentation, including grade-out forms.
• Coordinate changeovers with Line Leads.
• Communicate effectively with Hi-Lo drivers to support production operations.

Education & Background Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer and data-entry experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with managers, employees, and external contacts.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to resolve issues effectively.

Working Conditions

• Work is performed in an expansive refrigerated warehouse environment with an average temperature of approximately 50°F.
• Background noise may reach approximately 70 decibels.
• Must be capable of lifting at least 10 lbs.
