Job Summary:
The primary purpose of your position is to ensure floor care for the facilities is maintained at the highest level. This position will perform all assigned duties in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility. May be directed by your supervisor to perform duties to assure a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.
Essential Functions of your Job:
- Assigned to maintain hard floor and carpeted surfaces throughout the building.
- Clean upholstered furniture with proper equipment and chemicals as requested.
- Report any issues or malfunctions of equipment so resolution may occur.
- Document chemical use.
- Use of a carpet Extractor and floor scrubber.
- Assists in housekeeping and maintenance.
- Removes trash from facility as requested.
