About the Role:
As the Team Lead, Brokerage, you will set the tone for the team while overseeing the day-to-day logistics operation. This role is responsible for driving performance across key metrics like load count, revenue, and margin, while ensuring operational accuracy, strong customer relationships, and a high level of service. You will lead, coach, and develop your team while identifying opportunities to improve processes and grow the business.
What Will You Do?
Lead daily brokerage operations and ensure strong service and execution across all shipments
Coach and develop team members while driving performance against KPIs like load count, revenue, and margin
Ensure accuracy in order entry, billing, and overall operational processes
Act as the main point of contact between customers, vendors, and internal teams
Proactively resolve issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities to improve processes and grow existing customer relationships
What We’re Looking For
4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or brokerage operations
Leadership Or Team Lead Experience Preferred
Strong understanding of 3PL operations and customer service
Proven ability to manage KPIs and improve team performance
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
