About the Role
At Sunset Transportation, we're on a mission to streamline logistics and create innovative supply chain solutions. As part of our Operations Support team, you'll be at the heart of our daily operations—managing loads, tracking shipments, and delivering top-tier customer service. But this isn’t just a role; it’s your opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position will work the hours of 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM with NO WEEKENDS!
What You’ll Do
Manage and coordinate freight and shipments
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers
Track and trace shipments, ensuring on-time delivery
Collaborate with your team to solve complex logistics challenges
Keep our systems up to date with accurate information
What We’re Looking For
A positive, proactive attitude and a drive to excel
Strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships
Tech-savviness, with a working knowledge of MS Office
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
