Responsibilities
- Supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery and effective team coordination
- Manage resident intake processes, including data collection, filing, and case management documentation
- Conduct regular safety inspections, security checks, and crisis intervention when necessary to maintain a secure environment
- Provide behavioral health support and conflict management to address resident concerns promptly and effectively
- Administer medication as needed and assist with addiction counseling referrals for residents requiring additional support
- Facilitate communication between residents, staff, and external agencies to promote community engagement and well-being
- Maintain accurate records related to LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) compliance, data entry, and filing requirements
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in property management or social services settings
- Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Knowledge of childcare, behavioral health, behavior management, and social work principles
- Experience with security protocols, medication administration, intake procedures, and home & community care services
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents, staff, and external partners
- Ability to perform first aid when necessary and respond appropriately during emergencies
- Familiarity with LIHTC regulations and compliance standards is preferred
- Data collection, data entry, filing skills along with experience in case management are essential for success in this role
