Sunset Properties is seeking dependable, detail-focused individuals to join our Housekeeping Inspection Team on beautiful Sunset Beach.
As a Housekeeping Inspector, you'll play an important role in preparing vacation homes for arriving guests. After a property has been cleaned, you'll conduct a final walkthrough to ensure it meets our cleanliness and presentation standards. This position requires a sharp eye for detail, as well as occasional light cleaning, straightening, or touch-ups to help ensure every home is guest-ready.
What You'll Do:
- Inspect vacation rental homes following housekeeping services
- Verify that homes meet company cleanliness and quality standards
- Identify and address any missed items or areas needing attention
- Perform light cleaning and tidying when necessary
- Help create a positive first impression for arriving guests
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Availability on Saturdays from Memorial Day through Labor Day
- Ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail
- Background check required for all applicants
Compensation:
- $12.50 per home inspected
- Seasonal, in-person position
