Print Production Coordinator / Print Estimator

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED - dynamic and detail-oriented Print Production Coordinator / Print Estimator to join our creative manufacturing team. This pivotal role combines the art of estimating print projects with the coordination of production workflows, ensuring high-quality output while meeting tight deadlines and seeing projects through to the finish. As a key communicator between clients, sales, and manufacturing, you will drive efficiency, accuracy, and excellence across all print jobs. Duties

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project specifications, including , layout design, and technical requirements for various print methods
• Prepare detailed estimates by analyzing project scope, materials needed, labor hours, and machine time, using our estimating software and solutions
• Coordinateactive projects throughout production ensuring compliance with quality control standards for color accuracy and adherence to job standards
• Help to Manage scheduling of print jobs across multiple platforms to meet client demand and expectations
• Conduct quality control checks throughout production to maintain high standards in print materials and ensure consistency
• Maintain detailed records of job estimates and production timelines

Experience

• Proven experience in print production coordination or estimating within a manufacturing or commercial printing environment REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of various printing techniques such as offset printing, stamping and related manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with prepress procedures including file preparation, color management systems, typography principles, and layout design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Hands-on experience with quality control practices to ensure color accuracy and overall print quality.
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to liaise between clients, design teams, vendors, and production staff seamlessly. Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
