Responsibilities
- Operate mobile pressure washing equipment safely and effectively across various job sites, including commercial and residential properties.
- Assess surfaces to determine the appropriate cleaning methods, detergents, and pressure settings for optimal results.
- Prepare work sites by setting up equipment, protecting surrounding areas, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Perform thorough cleaning of truck fleets, building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, decks, and other surfaces using high-pressure water systems.
- Maintain and inspect equipment regularly to ensure peak performance and longevity.
- Communicate clearly with clients about project scope, progress, and any additional services needed.
- Complete detailed service reports and document work performed for quality assurance and record-keeping purposes.
Experience
- Prior experience operating pressure washing or similar outdoor cleaning equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently.
- Valid driver’s license required with a clean driving record and must be able to obtain a DOT medical card.
