Duties
- Create and maintain quotes for customers, ensuring best pricing practices for both Company and Customers, responsiveness, and high levels of customer service.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to optimize annual and project specific pricing and ensure site-specific product availability.
- Manage data integrity of customer information, quotes, job set-ups and orders in sales and dispatch systems.
- Administer new account onboarding and approval paperwork in coordination with finance team.
- Provide best-in-class customer service for both internal and external customers.
- Support Sales Team in other areas as assigned.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, communications, and follow-up actions
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Excellent communication skills
