- Support loan officers with daily tasks, including application processing and documentation.
- Communicate with clients, lenders, and third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
- Review loan files for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain organized records and assist with scheduling and follow-ups.
- Experience in mortgage lending or financial services preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage software (Arrive, BNTouch a plus).
