Shifts May Include: 7:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00pm - 11:00pm, 11:00pm - 7:00am or 8:00am-12:00pm

As a part time caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, attentive care to residents across day, evening, overnight and float shifts as needed. This role supports daily routines, meals, engagement, safety monitoring, and household tasks while maintaining a warm, home-like environment.

What Your Day Might Look Like:

· Assist residents with daily living activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

· Safely support residents with mobility, transfers, and transportation

· Administer medications accurately and on time (must be nurse-delegated)

· Prepare nutritious meals that meet individual dietary preferences

· Follow personalized care plans to meet each resident’s unique needs

· Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship

· Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition and vital signs

· Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

· Help ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

What You’ll Need to Join Us:

· Active Health Care Assistant (HCA) certification or Certified nursing assistant (CNA) license.

· Nurse Delegation, Certification in CPR/First Aid, Food Handlers, and Dementia Certification.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

· Ability to lift and assist residents safely while maintaining their dignity and comfort.

· Demonstrate empathy and patience when working with residents with varying needs

· Understanding of resident rights and commitment to providing care that respects individual preferences and choices.

· Experience in caregiving in an adult family home or similar setting (preferred)

· Submit to Background Checks and TB Screening
