Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes or community settings. Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor patients' health by observing and reporting changes in their condition.
- Implement care plans as directed by healthcare professionals to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for seniors.
- Ensure a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Lift and transfer clients safely, using appropriate techniques to prevent injury.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect residents' rights at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in senior care, home health, or community care is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques and care plans is advantageous.
- A background in nursing or related healthcare fields is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
