Outdoor Power Equipment Industry – Warranty & Repair Parts Operations
Position Summary:
Sunseeker North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations for a small but fast-paced parts distribution environment supporting the outdoor power equipment industry. This role is responsible for managing inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, warranty and repair parts fulfillment, and maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse operation.
The ideal candidate has strong warehouse leadership experience, is detail-oriented, and has direct experience using RF-Smart within a NetSuite environment. Experience supporting dealer networks, service departments, or warranty operations is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage all daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
· Oversee warranty and repair parts inventory to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
· Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process controls
· Utilize RF-Smart handheld scanning systems for inventory transactions and warehouse management activities
· Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and vendors
· Monitor stock levels and work closely with purchasing and customer service teams to prevent shortages and backorders
· Ensure accurate processing of RMAs, warranty returns, and repair part requests
· Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
· Train, supervise, and support warehouse personnel while promoting accountability and efficiency
· Develop and improve warehouse processes to increase productivity and accuracy
· Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and operational standards
· Assist with reporting, inventory reconciliation, and operational KPI tracking
Qualifications:
· 3 years of warehouse management or warehouse lead experience
· Required experience with RF-Smart warehouse management systems
· Experience working within NetSuite ERP strongly preferred
· Background in outdoor power equipment, power sports, automotive parts, or similar parts-intensive industry preferred
· Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse best practices
· Experience managing warranty and repair parts operations preferred
· Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
Preferred Skills:
· Knowledge of small engine or outdoor power equipment parts
· Experience supporting dealer or service networks
· Familiarity with barcode scanning systems and inventory control technologies
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
