We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Subcontractor and/or Installers to join our dynamic company. What you'll do
Install a wide range of building components for Patio Covers, Decks, Sunroom, Railing and other home improvement products
Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete installations with precision
Read and interpret construction drawings to ensure accurate placement and assembly
Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols throughout each project phase
Assist with aluminum fabrication, carpentry (including trim carpentry and frame carpentry),
Requirements
Proven experience in construction site work with a strong background in installation trades such carpentry
Familiarity accurate project execution
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized installation equipment
Ability to perform construction inspection duties ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks
Experience with aluminum product installation,
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site while maintaining safety awareness
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and project stakeholders
