The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, initiating, and managing information technology projects across the organization. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, navigate constraints, and drive each project to successful completion. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans detailing objectives, technologies, scope, schedules, budgets, and staffing.
- Select, evaluate, and coordinate vendors or consultants aligned with project requirements.
- Build and lead multidisciplinary project teams; define roles and responsibilities.
- Conduct needs assessments and identify risks, constraints, and opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams, leadership, vendors, and customers.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings; track milestones and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets and ensure alignment with scope and timelines.
- Monitor team performance and provide direction as needed.
- Propose and implement modifications, enhancements, and improvements during the project lifecycle.
- Assist in identifying and implementing technology solutions that align with business goals.
- Maintain comprehensive project and system documentation, including infrastructure and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess IT process improvements.
- Provide support and troubleshooting during project execution and daily operations.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
- In-depth understanding of IT project management methodologies and lifecycle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and cloud-based technologies.
- Familiar with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
- Knowledge of system documentation, infrastructure, and software integration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Analytical and critical-thinking skills to solve complex problems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently.
- Proficient in evaluating business processes and implementing technology solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams with clarity and authority.
- Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management or a related role.
- Project Management Certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) strongly preferred.
- Experience working in environments utilizing Microsoft and cloud-based solutions.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
