Account Receivable/Credit Analyst

Description

Primary Responsibilities:

· Responsible for internal financing programs; inputting & balancing

· Assist credit manager on application and account analysis

· Work with internal and external customers on accounts and financing programs

· Work with internal and external customers on AR collections and past due balances

· Responsible for working on the following financing programs:

      o Secure/TruChoice, JD Financing, Rabo, Farm Flex

      o Any additional programs to be added in the future

· Assist with Input Financing

· Set up new customers

· Update customer master

· Assist with e-AgVantage

· Assist with setting up ACH accounts

· Check banks for online payments, post to customer accounts

· Assist in correcting any billing errors

· Balance AR aging to General Ledger

· Responsible for some month end processes

Secondary Duties:

· Process company payments

· All other duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements:

· Knowledge and ability to work in Microsoft Office 365

· Financial/credit background preferred

· Knowledge of iSeries (AS400)
