Job description:

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1 year IT Help Desk or Service Desk experience
  • Windows OS & Microsoft Office support
  • Basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, peripherals)
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Minimum typing speed: 35 WPM
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Good to have CompTIA A certification

The hourly rate for this position is $21 per hour.

Compensation:

Salary : $20 - $21
