📍 Elk Grove/Stockton and their Surrounding Area | Full-time or Part-time
💵 $40–$65/hr

Requirements:
- Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top-notch ABA services.
- Mentor RBTs & Case Managers, helping them grow in the field.
- Oversee assessments, goal setting, and clinical meetings.
- Work with a variety of clients (ages, diagnoses, and funding sources).
- Ensure high-quality documentation, communication, and care.

- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 2 years’ experience supervising clinical staff
- Strong ABA skills (DTT, Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching)
- Reliable car, CA driver’s license, and insurance
- CPR cert, immunization records, background check upon hire
- 💸 Reimbursement for Live Scan within 30 days
- 💻 3 hours paid admin time (rate 2) for onboarding docs
