Technical Specialist (Networking & Cisco Webex)
We are seeking a senior Technical Specialist with strong expertise in networking and Webex to support design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise AV and collaboration infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and support network and Webex infrastructure
- Design and implement Cisco Webex solutions (Boards, conferencing, integrations)
- Gather requirements and develop architecture, design, and implementation plans
- Install, configure, test, and support IT/network systems
- Ensure security, performance, and compliance standards
- Create technical documentation and provide training/support
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support large-scale projects
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in networking and unified communications
- Strong Cisco Webex and AV integration experience
- Expertise in network architecture, security, and enterprise systems
- Experience with COTS integrations and large-scale implementations
- CCNP, CCIE, or Cisco certification preferred
- Strong communication and technical leadership skills
