Seeking a Technical Engineer I with strong Systems Administration and Platform Engineering experience to support and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) platforms and infrastructure in both on-prem and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot BI platforms and cloud infrastructure
- Manage system integrations, security, user access, and platform performance
- Provide technical support and optimization guidance to business teams
- Collaborate with vendors for support and issue resolution
- Assist with infrastructure planning, automation, monitoring, and system upgrades
- Support enterprise security and operational standards
Required Skills
- Experience with Windows server environments and cloud technologies
- Strong knowledge of BI platforms and enterprise infrastructure support
- Familiarity with LDAP/Active Directory integration
- Experience with automation/scripting tools such as Python, Puppet, or Autosys
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
