CLIENT Division of Public Health is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Data Modernization Initiative project. The role involves business process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements
- Analyze current/future state workflows and conduct gap analysis
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, and documentation
- Support procurement documentation and requirement traceability
- Coordinate with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and end users
- Perform functional/UAT testing and support go-live activities
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and Agile deliverables
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Business Analysis and SDLC methodologies
- Expertise in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and documentation
- Experience with Agile, UAT, and process modeling tools
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Visio, SharePoint, and MS Project
- Healthcare data reporting systems experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of PMI PMBOK standards and IT Service Management practices
Understanding of application programming, database, and system design
