Seeking a Lead EDI Specialist/Tester to support Medicaid Reform / Managed Care Transition projects. The role focuses on HIPAA X12 EDI mapping, testing, QA, and trading partner coordination for healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead EDI QA, testing, and X12 transmission validation
- Expert EDI mapping for 837, 277CA, 834, 835, TA1, 999, 820, NCPDP D.0
- Develop and execute EDI test scripts and full-cycle testing
- Monitor and troubleshoot inbound/outbound X12 transactions
- Manage trading partner setup, standards, and issue resolution
- Maintain EDI documentation, reports, and process flows
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and healthcare providers
Requirements:
- 7 years X12 EDI testing & scripting experience
- 5 years HIPAA X12 EDI mapping and QA experience
- Strong healthcare claims knowledge (Claims, Eligibility, Providers)
- Experience with Medicaid/MMIS (preferred)
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Excellent communication skills; able to work independently.
