- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Active Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, network equipment, servers, Audio/Video systems, telephony, and related technologies. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, project coordination, and end-user support in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and support workstations, servers, network, AV, and voice systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues
- Lead and support IT projects and technology deployments
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, engineers, and business stakeholders
- Maintain documentation and follow IT policies and procedures.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Mac/iOS environments
- Knowledge of networking, VOIP, collaboration tools, and server technologies
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
