Summary:
Seeking a Field Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in desktop support to install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and support desktops, laptops, printers, and servers
- Perform hardware/software troubleshooting, re-imaging, and repairs
- Handle IMAC (installs, moves, adds, changes)
- Support networking and enterprise storage (disk replacement)
- Manage and update tickets as per SLA
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and professionalism
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of IT support experience
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
- Experience with ticketing tools, mobile device support, and deployments preferred
Ideal for a hands-on deskside support technician with field experience.
