Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve escalated application issues
- Diagnose root causes and coordinate with developers/technical teams
- Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with business, program, and technical teams
- Support testing, fixes, and system improvements
- Provide insights for process and product enhancements
Requirements:
- 3 years in application/production support (help desk environment)
- 5 years experience in issue analysis and troubleshooting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with browser-based applications
Preferred:
- SQL knowledge
- Experience with social services or Child Care systems
- Familiarity with PATH NC / CWIS systems
Salary : $21 - $22
