Job Title: 3rd Shift Production Supervisor
Location: Davenport, IA
Duration: 12 Months
Shift Information: Primarily 3rd Shift; variable shifts required based on departmental needs; daily overtime and weekend shifts required
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year) with 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
- Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with computers, including Excel and Outlook
- Availability to work variable shifts, including 3rd shift, overtime, and mandatory weekends
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent with relevant supervisory experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide leadership to production teams across fabrication and related departments
- Support daily production operations, including mandatory overtime and rotating weekend shifts
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and delivery standards
- Communicate effectively with production staff, management, and cross-functional teams
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support training and development
- Maintain shift records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Must be willing and available to work variable shifts according to operational requirements
