Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce a variety of dessert orders according to established recipes.
- Operate ice cream machines and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist customers in selecting flavors and serving ice cream with positivity and enthusiasm.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during all hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service or café industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
- Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with cash registers or POS systems.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
