What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scooper - Customer Service position at Herrell's Ice Cream?
Herrell's Ice Cream is a long-standing specialist in the frozen dessert field. We make all the flavors in house by hand. As well as all the hot fudge we serve, whipped cream and hand dipped cones too !

Responsibilities
- As an Ice Cream Super Scooper Cashier you will be expected to treat each customer like a mini emergency, fulfill orders for potentially large groups, and ring out their completed order. Other tasks include, doing dishes, restocking, cleaning, sweeping mopping, and general store help.
- Food Service and Customer service experience and POS knowledge is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
- There are advancement possibilities for this position to Shift Lead.
- Experience in a leadership role is a plus but we are willing to train the right fit !
- Weekend and weekday evenings are a must. Some day shifts available. Current needs are Sunday, Wednesday night and Saturday Night.
