Your Role:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident outcomes
• Monitor resident conditions, including vital signs, and report changes appropriately
• Promote restorative care and encourage resident independence
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support and mentor nursing staff in a positive team environment
• Ensure resident comfort, dignity, safety, and well-being
• Follow facility policies and state and federal regulations
  
  
  

Who We’re Looking For:

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Passion for providing personalized, resident-centered care
