This is a great opportunity for a nurse looking for a part-time schedule from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM while continuing to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents.

Your Role

As an LPN, you will play an important role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities include:

• Provide compassionate and professional nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and your scope of practice
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the appropriate clinical team members
• Take and monitor vital signs as needed
• Maintain accurate and thorough nursing documentation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support quality resident care
• Help ensure residents' comfort, safety, dignity, and well-being
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment
  
  
  

Who We're Looking For

• Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Compassionate and passionate about providing high-quality resident care
• Dependable, reliable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in long-term care is a plus, but not required
