- Active RN license in the state of Missouri
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience in long-term care or memory care preferred
- Previous leadership or charge nurse experience a plus
- Clinical judgment, clear communication, and a heart for senior care
- Lead and supervise night shift staff, including CNAs and LPNs
- Monitor resident care and ensure proper documentation
- Respond to urgent resident needs and provide skilled nursing care
- Administer medications and follow physician orders
- Communicate significant changes in resident status to healthcare providers and incoming shifts
- Oversee incident reports, admissions, discharges, and care transitions
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and facility policies
