- Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous leadership or charge experience is a plus—but not required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- A passion for serving residents in a skilled nursing or memory care setting
- Supervise and support CNAs and direct care staff
- Provide and document resident care according to care plans
- Administer medications and monitor for side effects
- Report changes in resident conditions to RNs or physicians
- Participate in rounds, admissions, discharges, and care planning
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies
- Maintain accurate records and follow all medication protocols
