Sunrise Holistic Care Inc. is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will provide high-quality, evidence-based behavioral assessment, intervention, and consultation services to children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), behavioral challenges, and complex support needs.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with clients, families, support staff, allied health professionals, schools, and community stakeholders to promote meaningful outcomes, independence, quality of life, and person-centred care.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), behavior assessments, and skill assessments.
• Develop individualized behavior support plans and intervention strategies based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Provide direct and indirect behavioral support services to children and adults across home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Train, supervise, and support behavior technicians, therapists, interns, and support staff.
• Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and ongoing program modifications.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, allied health professionals, and community providers to ensure consistency of supports.
• Prepare professional reports, clinical documentation, progress notes, and funding-related documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Support positive behavior support practices that uphold dignity, human rights, and trauma-informed care principles.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision activities.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, relevant legislation, and organizational policies.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to interns and junior staff where required.
• Assist in developing community awareness and promoting the values and services of Sunrise Holistic
