We are seeking a highly organized, licensed, and client-facing Wealth Management Associate to serve as a critical bridge between our clients, portfolio managers, and advisors. In this role, you will provide paraplanning support, assist with portfolio administration, and act as a primary point of contact for client service and onboarding.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who possesses strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial planning concepts, and the communication skills required to deliver an elevated client experience.

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Support portfolio managers with client portfolio analysis, retirement strategies, and the ongoing preparation and updating of client financial plans utilizing SIPS.
• Client Onboarding & Service: Play an integral role in guiding new clients seamlessly through the onboarding process and serving as a trusted primary point of contact.
• Communication: Maintain professional, transparent, and exceptional engagement with both clients and internal team members.

• Industry Experience: Prior experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or a related financial services role.
• Licensing: A Series 65 or 66 license is required (a Series 7, 63, or Washington State Insurance license is considered a strong plus).

• Software & Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint), CRM systems, and general financial software.
• Adaptability: A proactive mindset with the ability to quickly master new systems and internal platforms.
• Execution: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while taking full ownership of role responsibilities.
